Meet Chef Zov Karamardian

Zov’s father, born in Turkey and orphaned by the Armenian genocide, arrived with his family in New York City and the family leaned on the limited English skills of his 15-year-old daughter, Zov, to help them navigate their new home country.
Chef Zov Karamardian is the founder of the legendary Zov’s Bistro and Bakery in Tustin, CA which opened in 1987 and has become a culinary institution. Her unique cuisine blends contemporary with Eastern Mediterranean influences from her 4 locations in Orange County.
Zov will be hosting a special culinary demo that will surely engage the audience at Live on Green! sharing the rich culinary history of her native Syria.
